How are plants shipped?
Rooted in their soil, secured in a recyclable cradle, and boxed with breathable packaging. Most orders arrive in 2–4 business days.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Our 30-day arrive-alive guarantee covers it. Send a photo within 30 days and we'll replace the plant or refund it — no return needed.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to all 48 contiguous states. We're unable to ship live plants to Hawaii or Alaska due to agricultural restrictions.
How often should I water?
Most of our succulents and cacti want a deep soak only once their soil is fully dry — usually every 2–3 weeks. Each plant page lists its specifics.
